About Nicolette
Owner of a successful marketing and advertising agency, Nicolette Lemmon became an award-winning marketer. Lemmon has used her experience, talent, and skills to help clients succeed and wrote several marketing manuals. Her ability to help others implement ideas, campaigns and even job-finding effort, fostered invitations to speak to groups, including the American Marketing Association, about how to use marketing principles to market themselves for career success. People started asking about a book of her tools to help them on their resumes and to get that next job or promotion. So, to help anyone on their path to success and fame, she wrote and self-published, "Almost Famous: How to Market Yourself for Success." By encouraging the reader to think of oneself as a business, she provided the insights and perspectives that have helped thousands of individuals to achieve more success in their job searches and careers.
Having served on many community and charity boards, Nicolette currently serves on the Board of Directors of Arizona Central Credit Union, a financial institution with $750 million in assets.
In addition, she turned her talent to writing mysteries and joined Sisters in Crime, a national organization of mystery writers where she serves on the Education Committee and has created a library of over 100 SINC-UP video tips from authors, agents and editors. Locally, she serves on the board of the Sisters in Crime Grand Canyon Writers Chapter.

As the founder of LemmonTree Marketing Group, a full-service marketing agency, Nicolette Lemmon put her years of experience into helping people apply marketing techniques to their own careers. She is a well-recognized speaker on financial-services marketing for which she authored the book, "Successful Marketing Strategies, A Credit Union Marketing Manual" for a financial industry marketing education program called Credit Union Marketing University. In addition, she authored "Successful Product Development from Research to Results" for the Credit Union Executive Society.
Nicolette has a Masters’ in Business Administration (MBA) from Arizona State University (ASU), she has served on the faculty of the University of Phoenix. She is a past chairman of the ASU Alumni Association and received the Outstanding Alumni Service Award by the ASU Alumni Association and the Arizona State University Young Alumni Achievement Award. Other awards of distinction include: Top 100 Small Businesses in Arizona by DiverstiyBusiness.com, Top 50 Woman-Owned Businesses-Arizona, a nominee for Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Arizona, sponsored by Inc. Magazine and Ernst and Young; and Top 50 Women Business Owners in Arizona by Today's Arizona Woman Success Magazine.
