Bolster Your Energy with Gratitude

In the fun of celebrating Dia De Los Muertos today and yesterday,  it is about paying respect and remembering friends as well as family members who have died, and it's a great time to be grateful. The idea of giving thanks with ofrendas and altars for having had these people in your life can also give you something in return.

Interestingly, Melissa Madeson, Ph.D. in the Positive Psychology blog offered, “The neuroscience of gratitude is showing that it can impact relationships, resilience, and mental and physical health.” *

According to her article, gratitude reduces pain, improves immunity and overall is a powerful human emotion. Therefore, it’s good for your health and a lift in energy.
