Recently, a friend had strained his neck and shoulders. I shared my CBD cream with him that a pain doctor had recommended for my spinal pain. When my friend got almost immediate relief, many others around us that day wanted to know the cream’s name.
Then, another friend told me this past weekend that he had muscle cramps during the night that were incredibly painful, so he rubbed on the cream and said the pain relief was immediate.
In getting older, I have been happy to share my experience and help friends find new ways to age gracefully!
Try This: Sharing is Caring
Suggesting a health remedy that works for you that may help another can be a great way to support wellness with your friends and family. Here are some ideas of how to share:
- Be open about your use of a remedy in terms of your experience and how it helped.
- Acknowledge that you are not giving "expert" advice - merely explaining how it aided you.
- Provide links to online descriptions of the remedy for the other person to do some easy research.
In March of 2025, I mentioned the value of grounding in this post. “Remember to Get Grounded,” and always like to tell friends and family about the benefits of reducing inflammation and easing their spinal or muscular pain. As a living example of the benefit of sleeping on a grounding sheet over the last four years, I always love to share my delight in getting rid of pain.
