For me, it is key to have something simple to do for shifting my mood. Just like the exercises using "3" this month, I came up with a word this week. It was being "grateful" for friends and family who keep me sane!
According to the dictionary, "Gratitude is the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness." Because I like something easy and simple to remember, finding three things to be grateful for is perfect. What a great way to start the day, the key to shifting your mood to be positive, upbeat, and motivated!

While there are many things you can find to be grateful for each day, focus on saying three things each day this week, like:
