With all the trouble brewing in the world, it's hard not to feel angst when hearing alarming news stories. Sometimes I feel almost guilty about living in a beautiful, safe place.

Often, someone will say to just turn off news channels and not look at newsfeeds online. Yet, we live in a 24/7 world where everything pops up whether we seek it out or not.

The doubt or negativity caused by the news can consume you.  It can also mess up your motivation to get projects done!  So, how can you quickly banish the doubt and negativity?
