Starting with the 14th, and during the next week, what ways can you give a little love to those around you? Here are some ideas:

❤️ Send a touch - mail a card of good cheer to a friend
❤️ Email a laugh - find a joke online that’s funny and email it to friends
❤️ Text a smile -  use heart emojis to make someone grin
❤️ Call to share - remind a loved one of a good memory of the two of you
❤️ Give a hug - every chance you get, hug someone
